5 good reasons not to use personnel management tools

The term of automation has become a widespread recently. That is not a complexity to search out the company that proposes the solutions for this issue. Those products come in attractive packages with lots of great features, whistles and bells. To oppose this influx of fashion, I came up with five good reasons for human resource managers to say “no” to trendy employee management software tools.
Reason 1: You should pay for it. Almost all obtainable employee management software is not freeware. The setting up coast is not the complete price, you will have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Some people think that the advantages outweigh the costs. Pay for the program only in case when you are sure that it can be compensated, otherwise, search for the more appropriate solutions.
